"Nice little zoo for young kids to appreciate. Even without my kids I think I would have liked it, but it definitely is on the quaint side. Spent maybe a little over an hour here and that was plenty of time. The train really is just for the novelty of riding a little train, so we didn’t bother doing that. The overall grounds feel a little dated and could use a little sprucing up. Was also a little depressing that they had a banner on the cage of the snow leopard announcing that it passed away in June. Felt like that could have been handled more gracefully. Overall, I would say it’s worth a visit, but appreciate it for what it is."

"I'm not sure why there are three Yelp pages for Action Wildlife Foundation, but I decided to write my review on this one because it had the most recent reviews. I also saw that one of the other pages only had three stars, and I know that cannot be possible, because Action Wildlife Foundation in Goshen is simply amazing!\n\nIf you're an animal lover you definitely need to check this place out! Here's how it works... After entering the driveway, you drive up to the gate and will pay the entrance fee. It's $18 for adults and $16 for kids. Additionally, you can buy a good-sized container of animal food for $8 per container. You'll also get a map of the place to help find your way around.\n\nOnce you're in the park, there will be a large building right in front of you which is where the "Museum of Natural History" is. The entire inside is set up like a giant diorama, with real taxidermy animals of all kinds placed in real-life poses. It's so cool to see! This building also contains the gift shop in back and restrooms.\n\nAfter the museum, you can either walk or drive around the grounds (using the gravel road) to see and visit with all of the different animals that they have in the various pens. You'll get to see kangaroos, goats, horses, cows, capybaras, camels, zebras, emus, and much much more! Most of the animals you can feed, though there are a few (like the kangaroos and some of the horses) that you cannot. I would recommend driving around the grounds and then stopping and getting out once you get to the animals that you want to see. There is grass on either side of the gravel road where you can easily pull over and not be blocking anyone.\n\nOn weekends, they also have a tractor ride "safari" in a different area of the park, where you get to ride through a very large fenced in area where there are several specifies of animals roaming altogether, so you can see the animals in a more natural setting.\n\nLastly, they have a petting zoo in one of the barns with food that you can buy using quarters. The petting zoo has mostly goats, and then a few other animals like alpacas and cows.\n\nOh, and you can also book personal "encounters" with some of the animals like the goats and capybaras, where you reserve a time slot for some one-on-one time with these animals. Though you need to do this in advance online, and it's an additional cost.\n\nThe best part about Action Wildlife Foundation? They are dedicated to animal conservation, and most of the animals there have either been rescued or donated.\n\nThis is one of the coolest placed in CT I've ever been to, and I would highly recommend it!"

The team 120 meter jump is a contest where there are four jumpers for each country. Each jumper gets two jumps, one per round. With Kazoyoshi Funaki and Masahiko Harada on the Japanese team, and three Nagano Olympic medals between them, the Japanese appeared to be the favorites. But with a storm still circling Hakuba, the changing conditions allowed anything to happen.
